she is really interested to get onto TV doing commercials,modeling... something HELP

In my opinion, a 5 year old doesn't have a CLUE what TV commercials, acting and modeling is (that is probably you who is thinking in that direction). However, children do know that they see kids on TV, and think it looks really fun.
So, take a home video camcorder, help your daughter make her stage/background/costumes. Press record and let her do her thing and play her imaginary games! Then plug it into the TV, and let her enjoy "Watching herself on TV". She will be thrilled with it!

Get her an agent if she really wants to do this. But keep in mind, she is 5. Plenty of time to fulfill her dreams and they could be different in a year. Let her be a little girl.

Nickelodeon generally solicits talents through reputable, licensed talent agencies. Nickelodeon can not recommend or refer you to an agency, but find one that is right for you and let them know what your interests are. Talent agencies are regularly alerted to open calls and auditions through industry publications and alert systems.

I have twin boys that are 5 and they like the show zack and cody because they are twins and they say the want to d othat to so if you find out i would like to know

You can always get some professional photos done then send them in somewhere explaining yourself then try to get some small jobs goood luck!

If you live near Orlando, take her to Universal Studios- they actually do try outs there.
