That seems like an awful lot of work considering how often prices change. You would have to write down brand, product, form (boxed, canned, etc), size, price, and the expiration date of that price for the information to be of use. That could turn into a full time 24/7 job especially considering the thousands of products that a typical store carries.
You do have a valid point. I'm just not sure if it would be worth it.

It's not illegal, but the store probably won't be excited about the fact that you are recording their prices. It is a private place and they could ask you to leave, but the odds are they wouldn't even notice. Especially if you were talking into a hand held memo recorder - everyone would just assume that you were another inconsiderate cell phone user and ignore you :)

I am the manager at one of the stores where you live and I will kick your butt if you try to do it in my store. I am just kidding I actually work in a Burger King. I was just messing with ya I would say do it if you are doing it on a few items but if you are going to write down everything in the store then no,

I doubt seriously a grocery store would have the cajones to walk me out if I was writing down prices.

What? What if you are shopping on a budget? Why wouldn't you want to write down prices? How do they even know what you are writing, anyway? How can it be private information? I think someone is just trying to intimidate you. Fight the power!

i think of it is, in a minimum of a few places: you ought to doze off, or be otherwise indisposed while the dumspter truck comes. this could get you overwhelmed with the trash, or hauled to the landfill. you additionally can capture a ailment. regardless of in case you do not die, and your kin do not sue, it must be embarrasing for the interior of sight government. shops *could* extra many times provide the foodstuff to the interior of sight foodstuff economic corporation because it starts to run out, and get a tax deduction. you would be extra useful served to get the foodstuff that way.

I don't think that would be illegal. As long as your not stealing or doing anything wrong then it should not be a problem. It's a free country.
