How do I wean my 12 month old?

I have breast fed her up to now but I think it is time to stop. Any help?

If you are breast feeding her, we've got bigger problems than her being breastfed at 12 months! Your avater indicates that you're a male so if you're able to breastfeed, than you should first call the news media!

Do this slowly and start pumping. Also introduce the sippy cup!!
