Then hands down, it would likely be Nepalese Gurkhas. They are rigorously selected for superior physical traits before being recruited into the British Army. Anyone who has worked besides them can attest to their virtues. ROK Marines are also worthy of mention.
Keep in mind modern-day armies run more on technology than stamina, and require large numbers of personnel who may not be paragons of athleticism to run all sorts of equipment.

no ethnicity or nationality has stronger people than any other. thats like asking "are mexican people more rude than chinese people?" the point is that its stupid. and btw russia has weak people just like any other country
