its a pimple and the stuff that burst out is pus... once all the pus is gone you have an open wound therefore blood follows

its fine, perfectly normal, and dont worry too much about that red blood. when it starts coming out green or torqoise, then's the time to worry!

it could be a pimple. start washing your face you'll be getting more. oh yeah don't pop them you'll just get scars
