You've got it right: don't SAY it. Just keep smiling at him, complimenting him and gently (be professional!) flirting with him. Let him make the first move. And the second and the third. Then, Miss Sleek says, "you may proceed." But not before then. Make sure you ignore him a little here and there, don't be overly eager. Send him your pheromones by smelling, looking and moving irresistably. Best wishes, hot stuff!

Someday after work ask him if he would like to go have a drink or something, act stressed and act like you need to talk then just take it from there... if he says no thanks then you know that he is not interested..... I did that a long time ago and ended up marrying the guy, now divorced from him and married to another, but it did work for 12 years..... try it, what do you have to lose?!

well First of all know that girls are actually braver than guys are. I'm a guy and I would never have the guts to do what my girlfriends do to get me or other guys to like them. I went out with a girl just because she was nice to me an open with me about her liking me. I was impressed at her bravery, and then later I actually fell in love.

just smile sweetly at him, and flirt your butt off. if he is smart he will pick up the fact and may ask you out.
alternatively go for the direct approach and just ask him out.
but like one or two answerer's already said it could be career suicide as if he is not interested he could report you to your boss for sexual harassment at work. but if you want to take that risk then good luck to you.
oh and unless you have to wear a uniform try dressing as sexy and demure (a difficult combination) as you can get away with at work.
you could just ask him to join you for a business lunch or a drink after work.
the choice is yours.

That is dangerous ground. If things don't work out you will be stuck with this person. It is best to avoid affairs in the work place.

Just back off and let nature take its course. Be nice, polite, share a joke, laugh, casual and see what happens. By all means......don't start acting stupid!

Don't dip your pen in company ink. If you do...you'll be committing sexual harrassment and could loose your JOB. Find someone outside of work to like.

Ask him out on a buisness lunch, and flirt in a subtle way.
