First of all put a beaten egg yolk on your hair leave for 10 mins and rinse it off with warm water only, then shampoo with a mild shampoo ...try a baby shampoo. Rinse once then rinse again adding in a small amount of malt vinegar to the rinsing water. Then a final rinse with luke warm water.
Voila ! Result clean shiny hair . The egg york puts the protein back into your hair and the vinegar gets rid of any excess oil that shampoos can leave behind.

try using aloe Vera...i think it's effective...i tried it once with my really damaged hair and it it helped but it did not make my hair perfect but it became shiny...just squeeze its thick leaves and apply the gel-like liquid on your hair and leave it for an hour and then wash your hair with the shampoo of your choice...do this for a couple of days and see the results...it may not give fast results but you know what they say! beauty takes time...and the best way to be beautiful is to do it in a natural way! Gudluck!!!

When you rinse out your conditioner use cool water. If you flat iron your hair use one with ceramic plates. You can also try this hair serum called Biosilk, it makes your hair very silky & smooth
