Yes. Jews, as a result of living in their host nations during and following the Diaspora, have married into their local populations, resulting in Jews that are of Hispanic descent, as well as various other nationalities. Many of these Jews have subsequently immigrated to Israel.

There are sephardic Jews whose origin is Spain. Other Jews have migrated from Spanish speaking countries.
