Because morality doesn't come from god. It comes from your society, your upbringing, your biology, your psychology, your philosophy and a number of other factors small and large.
There were morals before your religion, and they've always been pretty much the same for everyone. There are plenty of differences, of course. The Bible may condone slavery, but modern secular people don't. The Bible may condone killing children deliberately in war, but modern secular people don't. The Bible may say that thinking about an evil act is the same as doing it but modern secular people don't. Heck, if anything you might start wondering if it's possible to be religious and still remain moral.

People who don't know Jesus Christ as Savior or have a personal relationship with him will try to act moral. Because of the law. The law keeps people in order. Or just being a good person because it's right; to have friend or to be social with other people. If they go around here acting inmoral there are consequences for it. Jail, tickets, etc.
But to be a good person to enter heaven is a different story. This will never happen because no one is good. All our good works come from a corrupt heart. If every thought you every thought of since you can rememeber will play out on a T.V. screen so every one could see it. You would be ashamed because you thought things that are so wicked and perverted you wouldn't tell your closest friends or spouse. This is reality apart from God mankind would completly destroy itself.
But God so love the world that he gave his only Son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. God sent Jesus Christ to save us.

Just because people don't believe in god doesn't mean they don't have personalities and character. People can be good even if they don't believe in god. That would be like saying "Why are people anti-god but they still shower daily?"

Morals and God are two different things. You can be a good man and live without a God.

Morality and theology are two separate issues and need not intertwine. Morals come from society not theology. Even Amazon River Basin tribes which have never heard of modern world religions still have strict moral ethics and they did not get them from theology.

Because most people have their own morals and things they will/will not do with or without your god. It's called being human.

Because one can be a good person on the basis that it's the right thing to do for humanity. This is much more altruistic than acting out of fear of reprisal from god.

Because god has nothing to do with morality.
And being moral has nothing to do with believing in god.

Some people still value their health and well being and believe it's wrong to do things that will harm themselves or others without believing in "God".
