Well, I would say that if you're just starting out and want to see if it's for you, get the Crunch workout - two 15 minute workouts that are basic and a good intro. Otherwise, we bought the set several year ago (back when they're all on VHS LOL) and we find them all good, but especially the first tape.

First of all...I would like to say the I love Tae Bo. It may not look pretty, but it is a great work out and you burn sooo many calories. The advanced version (1 hour long) makes you sweat really bad, but it is one of the best work outs you will ever get.

hey hun....i sure wouldn't listen to HERBS...if he had even tried the videos then he would have seen some results...any way...i have several of the videos including when they were first introduced into the stores....i love them all....even the 8 minute videos will give you a run for your money....in other words you can't go wrong with any of them....ol'e Billy Blanks knew what he was doin' when he invented TAEBO!....love daisy
