Run knife around sides of pan to loosen; remove sides of pan. Cool 1 1/4 hours or until completely cooled.

Here is my favorite. It's real easy.
Buy a premade graham cracker crumb pie crust. (They are in the freezer section)
Get a box of insant chocolate pudding mix.
Look for the pie filling directions.
Instead of using just milk, use 1/2 milk and 1/2 sour cream.
Pour into pie crust
This filling will be much thicker, so I put cool whip on top
Let chill 1/2 hour.(if you can wait that long!)

Chocolate Syrup

1 cup cocoa

1 1/2 cups sugar

Mix all together, bring to boil, turn heat to simmer, stir while simmering for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat. Let cool. Add to cold milk for chocolate milk, hot milk for hot chocolate, use as syrup on ice cream, warm up for fondue, etc! No measures applicable, just add until you are happy with results! MMMMMMMMMMMMMM
