Someone I know was telling me that their ex-girlfriend has been diagnosed with some form of cancer (he doesn't know what kind) that is sexually transmitted. Some sort of abnormal cell formation. I have never heard of cancer being an STD. His ex is not so bright, so she may have misunderstood the doctor. Has anyone heard of types of cancer that can be transmitted through sexually contact?

The Human Papiloma Virus is a type of cancerous cells. That can change and cause cancer. It is an STD. I had this back 20 yrs ago and the Dr froze the cerivx but then in a few months it came back. So I had hysterecotomy.

It wasn't until just a few months ago that my Dr told me it was an STD. I have never told my husband. If I knew I had given him something I would never forgive myslef and aslo since there is next to no chance of the cancer ever coming back - I wouldn't want to hurt him that way. But that is most likey the type of cancer she has and it can be (Is NOT Always) an STD.

If I had taken an added week of preserving out on sex with my maximum present day boyfriend and we had both gotten examined for STDs i does now no longer have herpes now and for something of my existence. He had no alerts or alerts and did now no longer tell me plus we used a condom. Herpes and diverse STDs (like HPV) may properly be transmitted even with a condom. Do the brilliant element and get examined, its in no way rude and a lot less of a mood killer than ailments. do now no longer placed it as you pick for her checked (even if you already understand you're sparkling), propose you bypass jointly to be examined, then the dr. can confer with both one between you or you may a minimum of see the specialist outcomes. Be probability-loose! STDS are on the upward push.
