Some people just need it more than others. I'm sure it's not hurting anything as long as both people are sexually satisfied and you have a good relationship. Maybe you could try to get her more interested in sex by arrousing her in different ways and teasing her a little, making her want more.

Hmm... from a scale of 1-5, 1 being too little and 5 being too much, I'd give you a 4. On average, most men masturbate about 2-3 times a day. If you masturbate too much and you have foreskin, you might suffer from a dry and cracked for skin. For both, if you masturbate too much, you might get really sore, which can be caused by the muscle being too tense all the time and you could also break some capalaries around the head of the penis and on the shaft too.
