I live in a trailer park with this mean girl.
She hit my 4 yr old boy with a chair.
I went and had the cops call and took pic's
of what she did. The father said my 4 yr old should of know better.
If it was a 8 yr old that hit your 4 yr old what would you of done?
what would you done if the mother or father said that he or she should know better when they are 4 and the other is 8?
Is it dumb on the other mother or fathers part saying that ? so there is a few question on this one i guess...

I did have her took to court they did not do anything to her

and it is not her father it is her grandpa he is 78 yr's old taken care of this kid He not much there

Yes kids are kids i understand that but when a 8 yr old hit a 4 yr old there is something wrong with that 8 yr old. now if he was 8 too i would not of done anything i would let him knock the hell out of her

Your child is too young to have known better, the other father raised his kid with too much liberty so now she is violent i think i would have done the same thing as you

The father of the 8 yr old is wrong and I can tell that the 8 yr old is going to have problems. 4 yr olds do know right from wrong but should not have done anything to get his with a chair. I would get away from these people ASAP.

I do not know the injuries your child received so I am not sure if I would have called the cops or not. However, I agree with you that 4 years old is not old enough to know better. The 8 year old IS old enough to know better. It is unfortunate that her parents do not want to teach her right from wrong. I hope you move before that monster gets to be a teenager.

Well, you could definitely sue the father for not looking after his 8 years old daughter. It is the parent's responsibility to look after the child until he/she is 18 years of age. My advice is to go to the police station and file a sue report.

First I would make sure my child did nothing to provoke it and if I found out they hadn't and the other childs parents rfused to do anything I would call the juevenille authorities. Sounds to me like you have a bully in the making there and her parents are a lot of the reason.

You need to move out of there right away. Your child is not safe. You should bring charges for failing to control her child.

move to an apartment with your family tell them the reasons or ask the cops for a restraining order if she has hurt anyone else in your family

I'm a violent person, and I would take care of it myself, but I don't recommend that. Take them to court and have a judge decide.
