I'll tell you what I have my clients do.I have them start by not eating after 8:00 for a week. Then we go to 7:30. But there is more to it than this. Most of it is habit, find things to do that are not in your usual pattern, get on the computer, or do something else. It's about cutting out the foods that are not good for you too, most of the time the foods we're eating at night aren't good for us right? Well when we start cutting those out, then we aren't eating those at night any more.
Start by limiting yourself to these foods once or twice a week: cheeses, sodas, sugary treats, fried foods, fast foods. Start putting alot of fruits and veggies into your diet. I hope some of this info helps..........

Put everything away and don't let yourself go back into the kitchen. THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED. Tell yourself: "You KNOW you are not hungry, you are just bored." Drink ice water and if you need to chew allow yourself to chew ice, cinnamon gum or Weight Watcher's Fruities candies... you can eat a whole package and its only one point! Think about all the thousands of dieters around the country, world, your city, your neighborhood all challenged by the same thing: not eating after dinner. One thing that HELPS me is to look forward to breakfast" Plan your breakfast and think about how in just a few hours you'll be enjoying that with a whole days worth of delicious calories waiting for you! Concentrate on your beautiful RESULTS, too. You can do it!

I get my teeth super clean-Listerine, dental floss then use the Oral-B Sonicare toothbrush. After going through all of that, I really don't feel it's worth it to eat and go through that process again!
Also, the Listerine taste in my mouth pretty much kills the desire for any type of food.
Good luck!

hey hun....it's ok to eat a little before you go to bed....simply not eating is not an option when your brain is sending out hunger signals so just have a can of tuna for something with protein in it or yogurt...any thing that's not real fattening...i have found that one scoop of protein powder with 1 cup or half cup of water works really great to fill you up and it only has 110 calories!....hope this helps....love daisy

Eat like a...
* King for breakfast (big meal)
* Prince for lunch (medium size meal)
* and a Pauper for dinner (small meal)
... also eat healthy, small snacks in between....
You won't feel like eating after 7pm... and if you do, eat an apple (Gala or Fuji are the best). They are fiberous and filling enough that, #1, you won't be upset with yourself for eating after 7pm and #2, you won't hurt your healthy eating style.
