You need to provide more info; however, you can have hives from stress. It is like a rash and can be anywhere on the body...from overreactive nervous system.

There are many rashes out there that it is impossible to tell you what yours mean.

I gather they are teeny tiny blister like bumps that cluster together, they itch and burn, break open and then scab over? Are they on the hands? Feet?

The only thing I recommend as with many dermatologists do these days is check the liver through blood lab. Many of those out there that have rashes find that their liver is ailing do to infectious disease.

Not to worry, it could be brought on by stress, but usually this type of rash are little raised red bumps and usually it is all over the body not localized to one area.

I would see the doctor and to be safe, run all Hepatitis tests, regardless if you have any risk factors.

Other liver diseases such as NASH, diabetes should not be ruled out.

Wish there were somethign more I could tell you.

Good Luck!
