yes, we are made in His image.
yes, He has legs, arms, eyes. He even has a HEART.

The Torah and the christian bible accually says that the Creator said . LET US make man in OUR OWN IMAGE.
The Creator made man from the dust of the earth with a body that would provide a home for the SOUL THAT IS A SPARK OF THE CREATOR that was spun from off ITS BODY before the creation of the physical world.
All Jewish and Christian writings have the Creator using the Plural form(denoting that it knows duality)

It's possible that we have our word with us, our spirit with us, and our selves that we are. Just like God the father,He that is, God's word,Who is now Jesus, and God's holy spirit, that impregnated Mary.
Re: California, FYI, God didn't write the book. Men did from their own accounts. It is a historical chronical of the life and times back then. The bible is a historical reference tool. Do you believe in atlases? Those are historical reference tools as well. Besides, over 50 men wrote the bible. I dare you to find 50 men to agree on anything in this day and age, to even try to write a book together.

No. Just as God is in the midst of four living creatures, God created Adam in "His image" in the midst of four categories of living creatures (fish, fowl, beasts, creepy things).
God has dominion over the heavenly host (He's the "Almighty", remember?). Adam was created in God's image to have dominion over the earthly host.
Adam's dominion was an image of the heavenly Dominion, and Adam was thus created "in the image of God".
You'll notice that when Adam violated this parallel, he was thrust from the "Garden of God" signifying that he didn't fit the pattern anymore.
That's why Christ paid the price Adam owed. Do you really think John 3:16 is talking about people? For God so loved (past tense) the world (not people, but the pattern of the way it was) that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever (now we're talking about people) believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. KJV

No, we were made in God's image spiritually, at the soul level, not physically. I think that humanity often tries to make God in our image, but how is that possible, when we are all so different? God can take any form that God wishes. God is the formless, genderless energy source of all life.

No it means he created us with his dominating qualities of his personality i.e. love, wisdom, justice etc. God is an invisible spirit creature and while the bible may illustrate him as having a hand or leg it is only an ILLUSTRATION.

The straight answer is yes. Any other answer is dishonest twisting of the meaning of words. That is why god is portraited as an old man with a beard

Who said that God truly exists anyway? the bible? if I write a book about me being a god... and it's opened in 3000 million years from now, will I be a god for them? maybe... l believe God was a common dude, revolutionary to the bones... who loved and passed his love around so much that people said he was a saint or something.

the answer has to do with human potential that each person has
For example every person get the same amount of energy from great Spirit , is everyone like everyone else ? no ! the focus is the diversity and that is a golden key we have his potential to become something greater!
