new york strip seard in butter then pour in an inch of brotherhodd may wine & cover. Then cook mushrooms in butter for a min. the put in brotherhood holiday wine till there covered in it then cover & leave cooking till theres 5mins. left to go then combine the 2 & let sit off for a couple of mins. then serve.

chicken cacciatore. I used yellow, red and orange peppers and fresh oregano, parsley and fresh garlic. None of that chopped garlic in a bottle stuff. And I would list the other ingredients but we need to get to know each first. :)

Being a bachelor and my vehicle being in the shop, I had to settle for the Kraft mac & cheese. I put a couple slices of American cheese in with it to doctor it up.
