I drink 2%. If I'm making a chocolate sauce and I don't have cream, I'll use whole milk.

2%. Whole tastes funny to me and 1% and skim taste watered down. I know it's all in my head probably; relatively speaking, whole milk doesn't have that much fat (8g per cup whole vs. 5g per cup 2%) but I feel like I'm doing something healthy.

soy
and whole milk is good for you. have you ever noticed that the "fat epidemic" coincides with the advent of the mandated "low fat" diet? connect the dots here people. low fat was not based on any science, it was put forth by the senate.

Fat free, lactose free! (And grew up on skim!) When we'd visit my great grandmother on her farm, we'd ask our parents to stop at the country store BEFORE we got to Nanny's so we could buy "real" milk and not have to drink that thick stuff she had!!!
