While it's nice to wait and not rush into sex, I would imagine that the longer you wait the harder it gets to part with it. Potential mates that are also virgins is very limited so you may wind up saving yourself for someone that has had 30 partners and that sucks. Additionally, I am sure once this information is disclosed to a potential partner, that partner begins to feel like sex=marriage or a higher commitment. I have a friend who took someone's virginity at age 24 and she was traumatised. Good luck with that. Hopefully you will find the right person for you.

At least you're not the 40 year old virgin. Sorry, couldn't resist that one, but I know u were expecting that from some smart alec like me. Seriously, I know u are taking this very seriously. It is wonderful that u have been waiting for the right person. Never regret you decision to do that. Plus, 30 is still young and you have your whole life ahead of u. There is no designated age that we have to have sex by. You will enjoy it so much more with the right person. I say right on.

Heck, im 27 in the same boat. I suppose its a little unusual, but in a good way. You may see it as a negative, and I do sometimes too, but I would much rather wait for the right person than to give up and just go out and get it over with at a bar some night.

well u are so lucky in other point of view but on the other side u juz missed the exciting life of been unvirgin. LOL for me there's nothing to loose though u are still virgin eventhough u are 30yrs and above. Being a virgin is that ages is normal, my advise for u is juz wait for your prince charming come to ur side and take ur virginity. Wish u all the best

Nothing wrong with that, it's a matter of personal choice and you really shouldn't care about what others think. Having a lot of sexual experience wouldn't necessarily make you happy either. It can also be a burden quite difficult to shoulder at times.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with being a virgin until you feel the time is right. Do you know that Adriana Lima, the world's sexiest underwear model, is a virgin? Yeah, if she can confess it with pride, so can you. You have my respect.

i think that's good it just means you haven't found that someone you want to do it with and your waiting for the right person i think its great to wait its much better than giving it up to anyone and you haven't so that's really good and i think ladies will like you better because your a virgin because they know you wont want it if they don't because you've never done it so its great that you are and be proud of it

I think sex just complicates things. If I could have an emotional relationship and no expectation of sex, i'd be happy as a bug. And sometimes, relationships can be overrated too. So my official answer is, I think MORE POWER TO YOU!
