My favorite is The Secret Life of...
Actually, ALL Food Network television ROCKS!
There's no better way to relax than to zone into some good ole food tv!!
I can't wait to see Paula Deen's boys in "Road Tasted", and I am looking forward to that adorable Guy Fieri's "Big Bite". (Both shows are on this Sunday the 6th)
Everyday Italian (Giada is so cute AND talented!)
Behind the Bash (that is amazing what goes into big time parties, like the Grammys... wow!)
Alton Brown's Good Eats! (I learn so much from him!!)
Rachael Ray can get annoying sometimes, but I love her $40 a Day show.
Paula Deen is a HOOT!
Easy Entertaining with Michael Chiarello has some unique and yummy dishes.
Tyler Florence is just plain HOT! Rawrrr!
I loved the Next Food Network Star shows.
Iron Chef is cool, too.
I get totally involved when I watch the Food Network Challenges. LOL!
I like Food Finds because we travel a lot and I like to buy the things they showcase online.
The one show I can't stand is Semi Homemade... is she on drugs? Wow!
I think it definitely is helpful to my cooking! Thank god for the Food Network! I LOVE IT!!
GREAT QUESTION!! Wish I could give you 10 points, just for asking this!

I love Iron Chef and Iron Chef America, all the shows that Tyler Florence is on (Food 911, Tyler's Ultimate, How To Boil Water, etc.) and Good Eats.
I love the Food Network. These shows and many others always give me ideas. I learn something different every time I watch the Food Network. You can never know too much about food.

I love Good Eats as well as Iron Chef and Iron Chef America. My favorites are Alton Brown, Iron Chef Bobby Flay, Iron Chef Morimoto, Iron Chef Sakai, Iron Chef Mario Batali, and the host of Iron Chef. I dont really applytheir techniques to my cooking because most of my cooking falls into the Indian genre. I am a vegetarian but if one of them cooked me something, I wouldnt complain.

Too bad Julia Childs isn't around any longer! I liked The Restaurant ... but don't think it was on Food Network! Do like Paula Dean a little bit ... tried to get to her restaurant while in Savannah but the wait was WAY too long!

In my opinion "Good Eats" is the best show. I know he is a nerd and the show is corny, but the science behind food is far more beneficial than any recepie!!
