Splash some cold water on your face. Put on some peppy music (on a low volume!) and move around to get your blood flowing. Drink something with caffeine ... cola, coffee, chocolate milk. Eat some peppermint candy, or light a peppermint-scented candle (be sure it is on a fire-safe candle holder in a safe area, and don't leave it burning if you start to get any sleepier!! If possible, call a friend or relative and ask them to come over for an hour or two so you can take a little nap! Get some good sleep as soon as possible. Good luck! I'll say a little prayer for you!

I would suggest a coldcold shower and maybe some sort of caffeine.
Take some deep breaths, stretch a bit, and then go back to some more deep breaths all the while shaking your body to rid the sleepy-ness.
Put an icepack on you, just do whatever it takes to wash it away.

Well don't drink coffee because that stuff makes your teeth brown (yuk)
So drink a healthy glass of orange juice and put some Ozzy Osbourne music on.
Not to loud though, it will scare the poop out of the baby! We adopted two babies and it worked perfect!

Drink more water. 80-100 ounces per day
Exersize, walking (with the child in a stroller) will give you more energy over time and most likely put Junior to sleep.

One coffee would be much better for you than any larger dose of caffeine, which can cause a rapid heartbeat and make you feel ill.
