what it the best way to tone th lower part of your stomach? workouts the work best?

u kno, i tried that ab lounge thing, and it really does help. go to a gym and see if u can use it there, or get for yourself at home. Also, ur diet is important 2 in this matter, bcs the lower part of the stomach is the hardest place to lose weight. Eating pasta helps build endurance when u eat it b4 u work out, and if u really commit yourself to eating 5 fruits and veggies a day, then u'll soon have a flat stomach.

Do sit ups theyy rreally worrk! I promise! I do about 100 a daay!
Ok do ten regular
Then do ten with your feet up in the air
Then do ten regular again
Then do ten to the right
then ten to the left
then ten regular again
then do 20 with your feet all the way down


It really really works and at first you can barely finish but after you do it you will become so flat and your abbs will be tight as tight....just dont give up!

Lay on back w/ a big exercise ball between your lower legs bring elbows to knees at same time w/the ball still there.

Stand upright w/elbows bent and resting on a steady surface on each side, bend legs to your chest.

I'm a chubby girl but have great abs partly because it's the natually nice part of my bod but get a pillow and lay on the floor over it with you chest raised and old fasioned situps

on your back, with your arms and hands balancing you, lift your legs, and then push up towards the ceiling with your toes pointing up. While keeping your legs pointed up, set your butt down, then push towards the ceiling again... keep doing this, and you will be aweseom. Also, sit in a chair, and with hands on the side holding chair, pull your knees to your chest, andthen back to the floor, without touching, and then back to your chest... keep doing it... you will be amazed!
