I want to train my dog so she could like enter agility trials. Are there any dog gyms in Los Angeles, CA. Somewhere in the valley area.

wow, you are SO close to me! Well, actually, half an hour away. I know one that's right next to my house (well, 1 minute walk) that teaches agility classes and is sort of like a work out. I know it's every saturday morning at Stoner Park in West Los Angeles. It usually starts at 10:30AM. I walk by with my dog sometimes. It seems fun, and the dogs seem to enjoy it. And not one of them are fat. :) It teaches not only agility, but it's supposed to stregnthen the bond between you and your dog. You should drop by there on saturday. I've seen it every saturday, unless it rains. I think the only requirement is that your dog is good with other dogs, because there are other dogs there. Oh, it also says "dogs on a leash" in the park, but every night at like 7:30PM, it turns into a dog park, and the only time the dogs go on a leash is if animal control comes around. Just saying. hehe

I've never heard of any dog gyms. Period. But I've heard of dog parks, let him run around there.

You could buy/build hurdles in you backyard.
And take your dog on walks/runs. a lot.

if u have a treadmill u can use that to train ur dog...just put him/her on and make her run
