lol I believe you're talking about fried onions. The brown stuff is scorched margarine/butter. Chop up one onion and pan fry in butter/margarine until onion is about half cooked. Turn heat up really high for few seconds, or until butter turns brown. Enjoy!

Slice up a couple of large white onions.

Heat a pan and add a stick of butter and sautee two cloves of minced garlic. Once the butter has melted, add a teaspoon of sugar and continue to stir.

Add the sliced onions and sautee. Continue to stir and sautee the onions and add a 1/4 cup of rum. Becareful as the alcohol from the rum may flame up. Sautee the onions unit the are kind of clear and "sloppy".

Carmelized Onions..
Cut up onion, put into Skillet
Add oil (vegetable, Olive, or Canola)
Saute and stir periodically over med-med high heat until nice and brownish..

You can add salt and pepper, or Oregano if desired!

That's chili. Buy Hormel's brand from the store, it goes perfectly with hot dogs. Add fresh chopped onions.

sauttee onions in oil, throw spices and stuff, just throw in ALOT of onions, they reduce a lot, cook on low heat, just look up sauteed onion and pepper recpipies online

u can use a bbq and ketchup sauce with onions too...put em together in a pan and heat it up
