The one I eat when I'm starving hungry...like after a long walk, at the top of a hill, sitting back against a rock, doesn't really matter what's in it.

My favorite is a Philly cheesesteak (one actually from the North East, not the so-called imitations around the rest of the U.S.) with mushrooms, onions and peppers... :)
If we are talking strictly deli sandwhiches, though, I'll go with a pastrami and provolone on rye with spicy mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and black olives. Add a dash of salt & pepper.
