My Beloved, bless her heart, wants me to post the naughty answer.
However, when referring to the four major food groups, it would be seedless grapes or sliced apple with any kind of a variety of cheeses.
Or perhaps, if there has been time, freshly baked banana bread with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

I like to munch out on, Chip's or Cookies,, Sometimes I have popcorn.. Just make sure you brush your teeth right after or just when you wake up,,, it's nasty walking around with a fatty taste in your mouth...

If I want a savory, an egg and cheese sandwich is what I often crave. If I want somthing sweet, those Betty Crocker things you add water to and then nuke are wonderful!
