I don't think I would quite phrase it that way. I am sorry I upset your daughter or you by touching her on the shoulder. I didn't mean anything by it.

I am sorry I bumped into your daughter. It was an accident.

The spanish have pretty passionate souls and it might not be a good idea to deal with the father unless you expect anger or are with a friend or better yet older family member. Respect.

U must to apologize with a special words. Spanish is a rich language, so U can say:
Im sorry for touching your daughter, will never happen again
Siento haber tocado a tu hija. No volverá a pasar.

I recognize, I made a mistake, im so sorry... please excuse me. Will not happen again.
Reconozco que cometi un error, siento mucho haber tocado a su hija, disculpeme. No pasará de nuevo.

"Disculpeme por tocar a su hija"

"Pido diculpas por tocar a su hija"

"Siento mucho haber tocado a su hija"

"Lamento haber tocado a su hija"

You can use any of those. The first two are better if you are asking the father or mother for forgiveness. The second two are better if you want to say that you regret doing it. And you may want to add: "Ya no va a volver a pasar!" ("It will never happen again").

Hope this helps.

it really depends on what kind of touch you're talking about. The translation an online translator will give you an inaccurate translation...as you need to elaborate on what exactly you mean...did you hit the daughter, did you bump into her...and I really rather not venture into others. Language rules are different...more details needed.
