From the time I was in elementary school I was in an Applied Learning Program,up till I graduated from high school.

For those who don't know what that is, it's pretty much more hands on skills than doing a lot of work out books, more field trips and you get more involved with others kids from different schools. For me it was the International Newcomers Academy. Along with other projects and things that we did. And I was always in some type of Honors or AP class.
It was almost like a school within a school.

For those who were apart of it did it work better for you?

Did it help in your learning or was it something that you didn't think was any different from regular schooling. I can say that it did help me a lot.

I was in AP Math, History, English, Biology, Art and I thought that they were very helpful. I learned a lot and it gave me college credit for when I started that.
