when a food/etc falls on ground..you have 3 sec tog et it back up..if its over 3 sec..then the food etc is no good..also known as 3 sec rule

No, that's disgusting. You don't work at a restaurant do you? I mean it's disgusting to serve food that you dropped on the floor. Now, if it's something that happens at home and you're the only one who's going to eat it, then that's different

Ignorance is bliss. Go to a restaurant with a full trash can. An empty one could be a sign of recycling food.
