Huh....because it came with the building.?? By the way they have this here program, they call Designated Driver. You see Everyone drinks alcohol but one person...the "designated driver " who drivers everyone home safe and tucks them into bed and gives them a "kiss goodnight". Then we got these here "taxi's". If you pay them they will drive you any where you want to go.....good luck.

I've often wondered that too...

They should have maybe only one or two parking places......with a sign that reads...."15 minute parking - only for taxis or sober designated drivers picking up our clientele"

Makes good sense to me !

Because the justice system in this country is retarded. and there's a lot of money to be made from tickets and lawyers and judges... that whole infrastructure gives people jobs
