NO. If she has a boyfriend, why the heck is she having feelings for some other guy?? She obviously isn't a faithful girl, is she?? You should go for it, because you shouldn't feel bad just because your friend likes him. Your friend ALREADY HAS A BOYFRIEND, so you should go for it. If your friend gets mad at you then she isn't a friend worth having.
