my arabian stallion is 10yrs old, about 13 to 15 hands tall, hot blooded- rated at a 7, about 900 - 1000 puonds with good feet (hooves)

It's really not possible to accurately answer that. Arabians are no different from other horses...it depends on fitness, trotting or cantering, what the terrain is (much different going over hills/obstacles than all flat), altitude etc. The time of 10 miles on a relatively flat terrain in IL is going to be MUCH different than 10 miles of cross country in Colorado mountains - and the fitness of the horse will dictate as well.
