my 5 yr old son is having his party at a horse farm. we will ride horses, cookout and do some games like horseshoes(kiddie), badmitton, basketball,etc but i need ideas on other fun and unique stuff like relevant foods, decor, games,etc or other things i may not have thought of that might be different or fun. thanks alot

for decor you could get some bales of hay to sit around and an old round rock fire pit and do the cooking out on it ( hotdogs and beans which were a thing to the cowboys) For a game go out and get some dart guns (the rubber darts) and set up some empty aluminum cans and let them have a shoot out to see who can hit the most cans. Get festive and get bandanas for all the boys to wear and if possible hats as well.

Try a carnival theme with a series of booths set up for children. You can put a table and put banners that will represent them as booths for food like popcorn, snowcones, cotton candy, hotdogs, pizza and drinks
There will also be game booths for pin the tail on the donkey, a pinata and a basketball ring.
Lastly an activity booth such as face painting, clowns and horse riding would be nice.
You can also rent a jumper which kids love and ask your hubby to wear a mascot costume of your choice.

I think you should definitely play pin the tail on the donkey since it's going to be at a farm. Also, you could get some farm animal pinatas!

a fun game would be pin the tail on the donkey, or Cowboys and Indians tag. to make the other games fun you could have 2 teams 1 cowboys and the other Indians

I have two little siblings and my mom always does the "in style" cartoon charcters like blues clues, cars, ect... and little kids love candy thats a given and little foods
