Yes, this sounds really good, but I'm afraid you're going to get bored! Are you eating enough? How are you feeling? It sounds like you will lose weight very steady on this kind of a program. Why? Because you aren't taking in many calories, and you're running for so long, you are burning more than you're taking in.
Remember when you're running, if you get tired, you can walk at a fast pace and burn just as many calories as you can running, and it will spare your knees.
If you feel like you're eating enough, and you're not feeling weak and tired, this is good, I don't see hardly any carbs tho, and you'll need some, as they give you energy. How about alternating your lunch time salad one day and having a Subway sandwich the next day on whole wheat? These sandwiches are healthy and not many calories, and the bread will be good for you. You can get chicken, or turkey and they're good. Think about that k?
There are many, many recipes that are really easy to fix that are healthy. The American Heart Association has an online cookbook that I use all the time. You can also go to the grocery store and get some frozen dinners, weight watchers, healthy choic, etc. and have oneof these with your salad at nite instead of just chicken breast, the chicken breasts will get boring real fast and you'll burn out on them.
Be sure to give yourself one day a week of not running, to recover, and one day a week to kind of "cheat" with your eating. You don't want to be so strict with yourself that life is'nt worth living any more lol Be sure to take a day off from the running, you'll know when it's time to give yourself a day off from the eating. It's good for you to have something you really want about once a week, your discipline sounds great, good job! You are focused and this is what it takes!

You sound like you're on the right track so far. I have one small suggestion though - eliminate the cheese, eggs, and bacon bits from your lunch salad (or only put one of those items in your salad each day). Add more fresh vegetables instead (perhaps cucumbers and carrots - maybe some fresh mushrooms). You may also want to switch from Ranch to Italian. Unless you're using a low calorie Ranch dressing, it's pretty high in fat content.
Don't you get bored eating the same thing everyday though? You may want to add a little variety to your diet so you can stick with it. The same goes for your exercise - try rollerblading, running outside, or swimming. Variety is the spice of life. Yeah, I know - that was more than one little suggestion. Sorry. I hope it was helpful.

You might be consuming too much animal and not enough good carbs. See this site and check. Lots of sources on it.
