Ballatore. It's called sparkling wine, not champage, but it's the same thing. (Champagne is just sparkling wine from the Champagne region of France).

save yer moiney, look for 'Cava' in the supermarkets - this is Spanish style (and cheaper!) bubbly.. anyway- after a couple of glasses, who cares!
seriously though- Moet & Chandon always seems to be popular. also try Larent Perrier (think it has a flower patten on the bottle?)
