One should not eat mechanically processed food. It is all bad for your body containing things like petroleum and many times animal by products like monkey blood and things like that. Go organic, it might cost more but the health benefits outweigh the cost.

yes frozen meals have improved but so has the amount of rubbish that's put in them high levels of salt, sugar and saturated fat also goes into a lot of processed food , they all have these lower fat percentage labels on them which look great but when you work it out still has a high percentage per volume food item

Oh yeah! They've got some from Marie Calendar's and Ms. Stouffer's that I bet if you didn't see me stick it in the microwave and I served it on a plate, you'd swear to God that I slaved all day over the oven and stove making them!

Yes. I got some at the store the other day from Kashi. I ate one for lunch today (Cilantro lime shrimp with whole grains). It was delicious!
