Contrary to popular belief, there is no right way or wrong way to pray. You don't have to get on your knees. You can pray sitting down, standing up, laying in bed, taking a shower, walking in the woods, doing housework, you can pray to God anywhere you want to. It can be silent or it can be loud. God doesn't mind how we choose to pray or where. He's just delighted that we do pray. He encourages His people to pray often, not just for themselves and for their own needs, but for family, friends, enemies, strangers, our country and other countries. We as Christians are to pray for all people, whether Christian or non Christians. That is what we are called to do.
What about you? How many times do you pray?

It's very painful for me to kneel, because of arthritic knees, so I pray while I'm driving. Yes, I keep my eyes open. :-) I just talk to him as if He is actually sitting there next to me. I say grace before every meal and pray before I go to sleep, while laying in bed. I agree that kneeling is a sign of submission, but the Lord is understanding of those who can't and will hear and accept anyways.

Mostly, NO. I pray while driving, working when ever I feel the need. I do it quietly because it should not be a spectacle. I have nothing to prove.
