We are Direct Lenders. Some of our debtors failed to pay us. We'd like to report on to their credit report. We would hihgly appreciate if you could tell us how.

if you are in fact lenders then you should know the details of the credit rating system

Hmm..I suspect you have to pay a fee to the bureaus to belong, then you can report that info.

However, if you file a lawsuit, any judgement will show up on their records.

I would check the bureau's websites or call their customer service number. It is probably worthwhile to join if you do more than a few loans; as a member, you can also do credit checks so maybe you'll catch more of these people BEFORE you loan them money.
