If I had enough money to pay an organizer, I'd use the money to get help for my A.D.D. When I get my inner chaos under control, I'll be able to get a better-paying job, so I can hire someone to help me get my outer chaos under control.
Right now? I could maybe spare 20 bucks for an organizer. That's it.

nothing. You have to reconcile this problem with in your own mind or you will clutter things up again.
One way to reconcile it is to think that no one likes you any better because of the STUFF you have.
