Is it safe? Are there a lot of arts/crafts from Hispanic countries to buy there? What are the must sees in Spanish Harlem?

Since ninety nine% of US residents talk English, your idea could no longer specify competently. The citizens of Spanish Harlem themselves commonly confer with the subject as El Barrio, a Spanish language time period, and the department stores incorporate many bodegas, once more a Spanish time period.
