If you work on TV all the time then you would replace the flyback transformer and the shorted line amp transistor . No real need for schematic unless to check value of burnt resisters etc .

I have been fixing NAP for decades and they are mainly a module replacement. The older manuals were on paper and the newer ones are on CD-ROM. The model # is important, but more than that you need to know the chassis #. We are a factory repair facility and we have access to the info, I'm not sure that an independent facility can purchase the Cd's'. I would call your local parts house and give them the Chassis # and explain that you need the "large signal board" (it's the one with the flyback on it) and hopefully you can fix it without the schematic (I'm assuming this is a newer set). The older sets called the modules different names. I'm also wondering if you have a CRT arcing and that took parts out.

first off if you were truely in the industry you would know where to find a schematic for this set. from what it sounds like you have a bad flyback transformer or H.V splitter. Second off if you were a pro you wouldn't really need a schematic for this problem. Also to the girl about replacing modules on NAP chassis, thats lazy, if you can't trouble shoot to component level then you shouldn be in the business.

Do not attempt to fix the TV yourself, you can get electrocuted if you don't know what you are doing. It could be something simple and easy to fix if you are a trained technician. Ask for an estimate if cost is a problem.

How much of a pro can you be if you can't even spell schematics correctly?
