Yeah, it can be messy...but it's soooo good. Especially when you put a big old smoked ham bone down in the middle of the soup while it simmers slowly for a couple of hrs. Yum!
I'm convinced that they invented the washing machine for the following dietary events:
-Child eating spaghetti w/ marinara sauce
-BBQ ribs
-Split pea soup

Try using a straw!! hehe I love pea soup....have you ever tried making lentil soup? yum!

ahaha...very true! I just cooked that for the first time about a week ago, it is soooooo good, but it was ALLLLL over the place, my husband feels the same about it...but it's DELICIOUS!
