I'm assuming you never filled returns for the previous years. I'm also assuming you were not required to file for those years (therefore, no penalties for not filling). You shouldn't owe anything (if you do, you were required to file). If you had filed a return, your could file an amended return for up to 3 years. I believe you have the same window to claim a return if you did not previously file. In order to claim a refund you must mile a return. Tax forms for the last few years are available from the IRS website. You should consult a tax professional to be sure you are filing correctly. This years forms and tax rates may not be correct for last years taxes.

Your question is a bit confusing. Did you file? Do you mean you are looking for your W-2 from the job? If yes to either, you can get it from the IRS. If you don't need an exact copy, you can order a transcript. The tax return transcript shows most line items contained on the return as it was originally filed, including any accompanying forms and schedules. In most cases, this is all you need. The transcript can be ordered by completing a Form 4506-T or calling (800) 829-1040 and following the prompts in the recorded message. There is no charge for the transcript and you should receive it in 10 business days from the time we receive your request.
If you need an exact copy of return and all attachments, you have to complete Form 4506, Request for Copy of Tax Return, and mail it to the IRS address in the instructions along with a $39 check.
You can get the forms here:
http://search.irs.gov/web/query.html?col=allirs&charset=utf-8&qp=&qs=-Wct%3A%22Internal+Revenue+Manual%22&qc=&qm=0&rf=0&oq=&qt=Form+4506
If you did not file, of course, there is no return for you to get.

File tax returns. You can't get a tax refund if you don't file. You can only file the returns for 2005, 2004 and 2003. Anything earlier than that has been lost. However, if you owe, the IRS can still come after you.

I'm pretty sure you can get that from the IRS. Might be $20 or something.
*edit* Oh, do you mean a copy of the return or the refund?
