heres my deal.. i am a real skinny dude but hate working out and going to the gym. . however i do need to tone my body some because i am really skinny.. yoga is appealing to me becuase of the whole spiritual aspect of it.. but i am wondering if it would also help me tone my body some.. i know im not going to get hige muscles from it nor do i want them.. but i was wondering if yoga would improve my body so i dont like so skinny and have some definition in my muscles

Well there are so many types, yoga is great for toning and balance. You can try Pilate's, which are like an aerobic yoga workout. They would work quicker if you want to shape up.

Swimming is also great for all over shaping without unwanted bulk, you get a very streamlined look.

I do yoga a few times a week and I am ripped, baby ;D

Yoga will increase your toning and flexibilty. Pilates would be better though.
