It's gotta be tough to climb the fence or swim the river if you're disabled... they probably have a tunnel somewhere for the handicapped to use.

What we have learned here is that ANYONE can cross the border illegally...But it takes a special type of person with integrity and decency, among other traits to enter America the right way...Those are the people who deserve to be in America...
