I don't drink a fruit herbal tea. However I do drink, 'Green Tea'. It's really good for your digestive system and speeds up your metabolism - helps you lose weight quicker in other words.
It's also good for your immune system and much, much healthier than your average milk and sugar combo of a cup of tea! Hope I helped x

There are so many to choose from and they taste good, they help keep you hydrated in the hot weather without the heavy feeling that tea or coffee do.I find that they are pleasant enough without sweetener or sugar and no need for milk.So if you have sugary drinks they would be better for you,if you have ordinary milk in or as whitener in other drinks they help control fat intake. Remember milk has calcium so make up for the calcium in some other way.

PEppermint is great as a stomach settler, spearmint and chamomile settles the tum and also helps you sleep, lemon and ginger is good for colds, as is echinacea and raspberry. They are all good for something. Try to avoid the ones with hibiscus in them though, as this makes them very bitter and they stew before you get the genuine flavour of the fruit.
My favourite is plain Lemon Verbena, I think it's more a French thing than an English one; it's related to the mint family, but is a much softer more citrussy and warming flavour. Mmmm...

I thought people drank it for several reasons but mainly no caffeine. There are various health benefits depending on ingredients e.g., chamomile is supposed to be relaxing, peppermint settles your stomach, and raspberry leaf tea is supposed to bring on labour.
However, you can get many that don't have any supposed effects like this and are supposed to just taste nice. I've always found that all fruit teas always smell much nicer than they taste.

Yes, I drink fruit teas occasionally.
Useful if you want to drink what is essentially water and you want something with a bit more flavour and particularly in winter, a warm drink.

The reason it's "good" verus black teas is because it has no caffeine. Peach and peach/mango are my favorites. Try them as sun tea, too.
