God always wants us to stay alive. You are not supposed to die when you think you are supposed to die. God knows when you are supposed to die. If you are looking for purpose in your life, think about this: God has an AMAZING plan for you. You can't even fathom how beautiful it is. Maybe you're caught in a rut in life, looks pointless or useless... But that is but a fraction of the plans God has for you.
Why not wait it out and see what happens? If God wills you to die, you would be dead. But you are not dead. You are alive, reading this. And that should tell you that God wants you to live, at this moment, at the next moment. Why not pray and ask Him what His will is for you? We are limited and so only can live this way, step by step, moment by moment, seeking what God wants.
And yes, I am sometimes afraid of physical death, afraid of leaving my loved ones behind... But our life on Earth is such a small piece of eternity. If we die on Earth, and you accept Christ on Earth, and live in the life that God gave and cleansed for you, you will go to Heaven and hang out with God there...
Just let God play it out. Give it up to Him, give your life to Him and let Him tell you what the plan is. Do nothing yourself to control life or death. You did not give yourself life, and so your life is not for you to decide to terminate. Email me if you have any questions. bekah102@yahoo.com

Like you, I too, am terrified of death. God loves all of us and does not want anyone to die. You will live a nice long life. You are meant to be on this Earth. Try not to worry so much, as hard as that may be. Your fear will only make you stronger. Hang in there, God loves you and He wants you to be here. ALIVE!
It might be a good idea to seek out some professional help for your anxieties, someone to talk to about this.

Yes, you are suppose to be alive for as long as you are alive and wake up to face another day, you have another chance to get "it" right whatever it is for you. No, I am not afraid of death because my inner man or soul is alive already and what is that life, a conscious realization of my Creator's Universal everpresense in me and in everyone else too. It's just that most people don't realize that the Creator dwells in the heart and minds of men. When the light is off in your consciousness then you are pray for those disembodied evil spirits, that is why you have feelings of death. Once the light is turned on in your heart and mind there is no fear. You will not find your creator up above the sun, moon, and stars. If you stand on a mountain top the highest point is not the mountain top, it is your head. Ask the creator within you to remove those demonic whisperers from trying to take your life. For you are here for a reason and by and by you will understand that reason.

I'd say so far you're supposed to be alive. If you believe in a god that can dictate the span of your life then you ought to be able to believe in a loving god that wants the best for you. Quit worrying about death. (Get some help if necessary.) Start figuring out what contribution you are going to make while you are here.

If you are still breathing, which you apparently are, God wants you to stay alive. You are a special creation of God and nobody is quite like you nor could another take your place or fulfill the particular purpose that God has for ~your~ life.
Don't waste life in fear of death.
By the way, those who turn away from their sin and believe in, trust and rely on the Lord Jesus Christ will not have to taste death because Jesus overcame death because once your spirit is absent from the body it will be present with the Lord.
If you choose not to place your trust in Him, death is a very scary thing and rightly so.

I wonder about that sorta thing too sumtimes, I rarely get anywhere in my mind but the best I've done is a thought that maybe we weren't supposed to be here alive on planet earth. Does a falling tree make a noise if no one is around to hear it? I don't know... Would the universe still exist if there was no one alive in it? I don't know...
sometimes I wonder if this is really what God wanted to happen, maybe he didn't want lots of beings crawling across his earthly creation

God has nothing to do with it...do you want you to stay alive? You are the navigator of your own ship, the Creator does not condemn nor save...this is up to you...everyone has the Creator within them...not without...within...so prayer, thoughtful meditation and periods of silence are necessary to pick up on any spiritual guidance. You will die....when it is your time...why ruin your present with such thoughts? No, I have never been afraid of death...even when faced head-on with it...we just go into transition..leave the physical realm for the spiritual. No big deal...just going back home to our origins...spirit...
Worry/anxiety eventually creates disease in a person. Thank God for being alive every day...all day...you will change your perception and be a better person for it.

Honestly, that's satan making you think those negative thoughts. I will not lie to you about something this serious and important. God cannot lie. And his Word says that he's not willing that any perish but all come into repentance. Look! he loves you and the only way you can actually believe and experience his love is if you surrender to him. Say "God if you are there show me. I need to know if you exist and if you really love me. God I need to know if you have a purpose or a plan for my life. I want my life to be better than the former. I'm tired of being lied to, feeling like I don't belong here. Father answer me, I am crying out to you." and friend, I promise you he will hear your cry. My desire is to see you come out of satan's corner and into God's light. The only way is through prayer.
Love you in Christ name.
P.S. I use to fear death. But now I'm ready to leave this earth. Because my hope is not in man nor is it in the things that I see. But it is in Christ Jesus. The one true son of the Living and Most High God.
I Love You. God Bless!

Your question assumes that there is a God, and that this god has intentions concerning your life. In examining the history of the human race, I find a high probability that each of us will die at some point. So, unless "God" has some special dispensation in mind for you, you will probably die as well. I am curious about death, but I enjoy life so much that I'm disinclined to seek it out, content that it will come eventually.

God wouldn't have wanted you to be alive if he wanted you to die. I believe he has a plan for everyone. I was afraid of death when I was younger. Now that my father has passed away I am no longer afraid and believe I will be with him again in the afterlife. If you believe in God maybe talking to a pastor or priest would help you feel differently about death. Have you spoken to your parents about it? Good luck and don't be afraid.
