Balance.

In general I find happy hours to be a buzz fest, a race to "feel better". Ultimately leading to feeling worse.

I have however been to some very nice happy hours where the balance between conversation, shrimp cocktail, alcohol, and dancing created a sublime experience.

Go to Shells, Clearwater Beach, Florida. This places is situated right on the Intercoastal, over looking Sand Key. All drinks, two for one, best deal around.
