You have to get her busy doing something else. Just color with her or read to her. Keep her hands busy got any leggos or anything? I am sorry but whoever left her with you to babysit should have left some thing for her to do.
Also talk to her and let her know how you are feeling and that it hurts when she tickles you and that you would never want to hurt her. It is never to early to teach children to care about other people. Don't let her grow up not knowing how to treat other people

Bribe her, I will give you____,if you will just stop tickeling me. At the same time, you need to explain to her that after a while it does start to not feel so good, and it makes your smile turn upside down, into a frown. Now I know that sounds childish but you did say that she is young.

Why don't you find something else for your two to do for awhile. Play with dolls or something like that. Anything to get her mind off tickling you for awhile.
